Mindful Stretching: While stretching, pay  attention to the sensation of muscles stretching and releasing. Remember to inhale and exhale with each movement. 

Mindful Listening: During office presentations or team meetings intend to actively listen to the speaker or coach.  Tune in only to listen without a need to respond. Be aware of when your opinions arise. This action is within your control to silence.

Walking meditation: Focus on each step, the sensation of feet touching the ground. Notice the torain, rhythm of your breath, body movement and surroundings. 

Focused Breathing: While sitting with hands on the lap,  notice the breath, is it choppy or short? Close your eyes and take a deeper breath to re-adjust and to re-focus.  Keep eyes closed to deepen your focus and to enhance concentration.
