We offer audiobooks for selected self-paced
courses and upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate to add to your files. For
certain courses you will be able to add the certificate to your resume repetiore.

course is approved by the National Board of Coaching Health and Wellness and board of
emergency Medical Examiners.

About the Founder
I thought of this site as a resource and service site where anyone who has been curious about meditation and its benefits can learn more on their own. Here you can try out the wonderful life changing exercise of mindfulness meditation and begin to practice it for a healthier lifestyle after experiencing the personal impact on mind and body. I whole heartily hope that you will find this website and become transformed via mindfulness practices as I did 20 years ago!
I am grateful to anyone and everyone inquiring about our offerings and our process in an effort to want to learn more. There's been over 25 years of experience dedicated to providing a source solutions for others to tap into and begin a practice for improved quality of life and improved health. I believe one pathway can be achieved via mindfulness meditation, fitness and breathing, this is the equation to Mindfitfulness and our ingredients used in our mission to heighten your awareness with our practiceses .
