There are no limits on the Pathway selections options. There are 3 P athways and we recommend you select the one that is best for you to start your journey..You may also combine the Pathways for a deeper level of experience with sessions and our steps to becoming more mindful. Determining the pathway that is best for you can be discussed in detail in the consultation session.Book a consult today!

Yes. Children and youth under 17 must obtain parent consent.

Yes. The courses ae self paced and are related to improving mindfulness.

There are payment plans for our Coaching programs only.

You may staty on the program until you are complete Upon completion you will receive a certificate

Yes. Refunds can be issued and terms will be outlined in the consultation.

You may reschedule with the Coach however, we can only allow for 1 request to cancel a course/ additonallu,we will need the reuest in writing.

Yes, the course is offered on a secured network 24hours daily and the Zoom sessions are privately held.

Someone will contact you in 24 hours after a scheduled booking appointment since that is our first point of contact with you.
