Improving Mindfulness reveals information on a variety of activities and meditation techniques that enables one to examine the present moment. The emphasis of the course is on enhancing awareness for a deeper sense of mental clarity. Some of the techniques discussed such as mindfulness meditation has been known to aid in reducing stress, improve focus, physical and psychological well-being. The course allows for self-reflection with an option to journal in an effort to practice improving mindfulness.

Highlights:

Upon successful completion of the course the National Board of Health and Wellness coaches will be able to learn different mindfulness techniques and will be able to understand activities that will enhance mindfulness such as meditation. Their awareness will be heightened in areas where they will need to be more insightful and present for their clients. *Health and Wellness Coaches can earn their CEC professional development credit with our online course.
