Confidential 1 on 1 virtual Meditation session for youth ages 10 to 18. 45mins.
Basic level meditation with parent permission in advance for ages 10-17. Must schedule all sessions in advance. All sessions require parental consent and discussion and/or sit in participation.

Reset with Transformational Signature Meditation Sessions
Confidential Meditation 1 on 1 private meditation session. *Requires a 1 session weekly commitment for 3 months. This is a deeper more personal level of meditation and customized sessions are designed to meet specific life goals. This transformational style of meditation includes 3 follow up sessions with progress updates aligned with the clients goals and progress that is customized and tracked for you.
As your Coach we will work together with meditation included in the action steps as necessary to address the specific areas that have been impeding your growth, success and blocking the reach from your desired goals.
